Preventive Maintenance Program

Here's how it works...

Throughout the year, I schedule trips to my customers who have requested an annual maintenance "tune-up". Having customers in 14 states and even the Bahama Islands, necessitates arranging these trips by geographic areas. If you are on my list of interested customers, I will contact you prior to my expected arrival, to let you know when I plan to be there, accompanied by an estimate of the cost. If you want your instrument(s) serviced, simply respond to the email or letter or phone call in the affirmative. There is no obligation to be on the Call List, so you can skip the maintenance anytime you wish and still remain on the list!

If you are having problems with an instrument when I contact you, simply include a description of the symptoms when you respond, and I will adjust my schedule to allow more time for the repairs and send an updated estimate.

This is the most reasonable insurance against unexpected problems that I know of.
