1929 Wurlitzer Theater Organ
resides in the historic Tennessee Theatre, built in the same year, in Knoxville, Tennessee - renovated in 2004/2005.
The console used to rise out of the pit on a screw lift when this photo was taken. Here Paul Swiderski, renowned theatre organist, performs during our Region IV AGO Convention in June 1999.As part of the renovation, the entire front section of the stage ascend and descends. The trim is real gold leaf!
